Art of Vision

"Where there is no vision, the people will perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he," (Proverbs 29:18 KJV)

As the month is beginning to come to a close I wanted to highlight on something that I believe has became the shortfall of a lot of creatives today and that is the absence of vision. I, too struggled with vision for quite sometime but to understand took for me to make steady strides in understanding myself and spending time with God.

Be advised: Life is a marathon, you won't ever get the full picture only fragments of it.

Where Do I Begin?
To commence, without God there is no vision.. TRUST.
As humans, we can't bear all of the battles that we endure here on Earth. In our hour of confusion and hopelessness we find ourselves reaching out to friends who aren't even in the same season as us for guidance; for all of that, you find yourself back pedaling to square one. Those "on-going" feelings of pessimism and confusion is a problem that nobody can solve but God because he is our creator, he knows us like no other.

For many, the term "Vision" alone may come off as abstruse, but vision is tied to you and the purpose you are here to serve.

"What problem in the world are you the solution to?"

Be A Voice, Not An Echo
Set yourself apart amongst those who carry the same pursuit as you.
To make sense of what I'm saying, the reason why Drake is Drake, Kevin Hart is Kevin Hart, why Viola Davis is Viola Davis is because they are true to themselves. A key component of having vision is to better understand that you are not like anyone else and that alone is your power. But the reality is, too many people are trying to be like the people who have vision that they oversee their own potential [AND IF YOU'RE READING THIS DON'T BE THAT PERSON].

Love you guys!
